About me ....

Hello, I’m Sarah Morey, a certified hypnotherapy Practitioner accredited with the Complimentary Medical Association, also a Registered specialist Nurse registered with the NMC . I am the founder of Mind Soul Serenity and my practice is based in Twickenham . As a dedicated nurse and hypnotherepy practitioner I specialise in bridging the gap between physical health and mental wellbeing, with a background in medical assessment and health promotion and my passion for holistic healing i support individuals who feel overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, fears and phobias, restrictive habits and much more, utilising evidence based hypnosis techniques to unlock subconscious change, helping to rediscover a sense of calm and mental clarity. My approach is compassionate, non judgemental, and focused on empowering clients to regain control and achieve lasting results. Within my welcoming space, we will work together to uncover what is holding you back, empowering you to create meaningful and lasting positive transformations in your life.

What is hypnotherapy and will I be in control?

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused state of relaxation where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions. You are always in control and can talk, move or open your eyes at any time. You cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do.

What happens in a hypnotherapy session?

In your first session, we’ll talk about what you’d like help with and agree on a plan together. You’ll then be guided into a calm, relaxed state using your breath and imagination. Many people find sessions deeply soothing and leave feeling lighter and more at ease.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is different, but many people notice positive changes after one session. We’ll review your progress together and decide what feels right for you. You’re always free to pause or stop at any time.
